We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of loyalty by: (1) honoring our leaders and organization;

(2) putting all our dedication to the execution of our agreements, plans and programs; (3) not conditioning the delivery of reports to the personal or ministerial help that we may receive from our leaders or to the lack of agreement of our leaders with our personal opinions; (4) being faithful to the Teachings, Government and Discipline of the Church of God; (5) respecting the privilege of responsible and constructive criticality of every disciple  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of integrity: (1) by putting into practice in everyday life, both at home and in public places, what we preach and teach;

(2) administering with love, respect and transparency the resources of the church, (3) rendering correct accounts to our leaders, disciples and church, of our activities, achievements, state of our ministry and of all the resources that God has been placed under our care.  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of subjection by: (1) following our leaders in the responsible execution of the agreements, plans and programs of our church;

(2) receiving with a good attitude the instruction, correction, and admonition of those who preside over us in the Lord; (3) showing initiative and cooperation towards our leaders in the exercise of ministerial tasks.  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of discretion:

(1) practicing prudence in our dealings with other people;

(2) being tactful in handling personal and ministerial problems;

(3) practicing confidentiality in situations that require it;

(4) taking care that our words and actions do not generate any suspicion, doubt, or call into question our character and role as disciples of Jesus Christ.  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of responsibility:

(1) attending meetings called by our leaders; ( 2) having a good attitude to the extraordinary calls that they make; (3) being punctual in attending all meetings and being in each of them until the end; (4) mobilizing the church to the corresponding local, district, regional, territorial, national, and international activities; (5) faithfully fulfilling the tasks assigned by our leaders.  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of solidarity;

(1) teaching that ministry and social action are part of the integral mission of the church (2) developing in our disciples a sense of social responsibility towards the poor, (3) promoting care for the needy wherever the church has presence; (4) training disciples to be agents of change and human development for their communities. (5) allocating significant resources in the budget of our ministries to meet the needs of the community.  

We will demonstrate our commitment to the principle of excellence: (1) giving our best dedication and the best of our abilities in planning and executing tasks, plans, programs and projects that contribute to the integral development of the local church; (2) having a commitment to continuous development and improvement to offer excellent service to God and people;

(3) walking the “extra mile” in our ministries when required.
